Fermentation

The core of every biopharmaceutical process is the bioreactor or fermenter. Filtration is critical in maintaining optimised conditions to ensure cell culture or fermentation growth that is conducive to bacterial growth. A combination of prefilters, bioburden filters and sterilising filters ensure that the process gases, buffers, nutrients, and media components entering the bioreactor are free of process contamination and unwanted microorganisms.
